Fourth of July parade in North Carolina had a ?White History Month? float flying a Confederate Flag

Several spectators watching the Hope Mills Fourth of July parade in North Carolina are complaining to town officials that they?re offended by a float carrying a bed full of watermelons which was attached to a John Deere tractor flying a Confederate flag on the back. ?On each side were two small white signs which read, ?White History Month? and ?hug wht ppl.? Apparently the driver can?t spell either or he thought he was on Twitter.

Oh North Carolina, somehow this seems fitting for your state.
